“Our 25 employees are fully integrated in the use of the EGroupware Enterprise Line (EPL), which has been used in our company since 2009.

We initially opted for the versatile, innovative EPL because it offers central access to a group calendar. This software enables all included users to access the same data from any location and can also be used in a user-friendly and mobile way via smartphone.

By using the group calendar, we organize, among other things, our employee assignments: Location, duration, time of return, availability and accessibility of the respective employee can be planned exactly. In the meantime, however, the possibility to link contacts, calendar entries, notes, calls, tasks and e-mails with a common project has proven to be a decisive criterion for use in our office. On this basis we work professionally, save time, increase our flexibility and mobility.

Other modules used:

• Address book: Maintenance by secretary – central access to current customer contacts
• Email + InfoLog + Project Manager: conversion of emails into InfoLog’s and linking to projects – structured archiving of case-related correspondence of individual projects enables immediate access to specific data, even afterwards
• File manager: Link to local directories – can also be used via smartphone
